Welcome to Rewi. By using our application, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully—they are designed to protect both you and the developer.

1. Nature of the Service​

Rewi Vault is a productivity tool designed to help users track and organize their recurring subscriptions.

  • Not Financial Advice: The "Audits," "Utility Scores," and "Financial Intelligence" provided by the app are for informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional financial, investment, or legal advice.
  • User Responsibility: You are solely responsible for managing your own subscriptions. Rewi Vault does not communicate with your banks or service providers to cancel subscriptions on your behalf.

2. Accuracy of Data​

  • Manual Entry: Because Rewi Vault is 100% offline and does not link to your bank, the accuracy of the insights depends entirely on the data you provide.
  • No Guarantee: While we strive for 100% accuracy in our "Audit Engine," Rewi Vault is not responsible for missed reminders, incorrect billing calculations, or forgotten trials. Always verify your bank statements independently.

3. Pro Subscription & Payments​

  • Billing: Pro features are billed through the Google Play Store. All payment disputes or refund requests must be handled through Google’s official channels.
  • Lifetime Access: "Lifetime" refers to the life of the product. While we intend to support Rewi Vault indefinitely, this access is subject to the app's continued availability on the Play Store.

4. Data & Privacy​

  • Ownership: You own 100% of your data. We do not store your data on any external servers.
  • Data Loss: Because Rewi Vault is a local-only app, we are not responsible for any data loss resulting from device damage, app deletion, or factory resets. We strongly recommend using the "Export" feature to back up your data regularly.

5. Prohibited Use​

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or "scrape" the app’s code or 1,000+ service templates.
  • Use the app for any illegal financial activity.

6. Limitation of Liability​

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer of Rewi Vault shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to: missed cancellation deadlines, bank overdraft fees, or loss of data.

7. Changes to Terms​

We may update these terms from time to time. Your continued use of the app after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
